Martina Williamson, Head of HR at Citi Europe
The underrepresentation of women at senior levels continues to be a key challenge within many organisations often despite decades of gender initiatives, inequalities in opportunity and promotional prospects still exist.
In this WDF meeting we will be joined by Martina Williamson, Head of HR for Citi Europe, who will outline some key HR initiatives undertaken that have lead to better diversity outcomes, and will share insights from her own career perspective on the benefits of diversity practices at an individual and organisational level.
Following the WDF interactive table discussion format, attendees will explore what we ca all do in our organisations and in the wider Jersey community to promote gender balance within the workplace and level the current skew in the playing field.
