Elletrepreneurs
Elletrepreneurs meetings are designed for women running their own businesses and/or working in partnership in enterprising business ventures.
The WDF Champions and Steering Committee recognise the challenges in starting and running your own business. Small business owners need more than just a talent in their chosen field, tackling issues encompassing company formation, marketing, business development, raising finance and many more. WDF aims to complement the work of the Guernsey Enterprise Agency by creating a collaborative community of female business owners to mentor, support and help each other to flourish and learn.
WDF is a low cost Not-For-Profit initiative because we passionately believe in making this high quality development opportunity open to all women in the local community.

Glass Ladder
WDF Glass Ladder meetings are aimed at women working in businesses
WDF’s primary target for membership is women in managerial roles, however membership is open to all women who share our aims. Our approach is a combination of facilitated networking and group coaching coupled with sharing and learning from the experiences of our Champions and other WDF members. Our Champions are all Non-Executive Directors who wish to share their knowledge and experience with the next generation.
